It has efficient, excellent staff.

The bathroom was fabulous other than that I cannot think what else I liked about this hotel.

The bar staff were rude and unwilling as was the chefs at breakfast. Everything in the hotel was completely over priced epecially for the current climate.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room wasn't cleaned up after the first night so I went to the front desk to inform them just to make sure that my room was on the list for clean up. They apologized and offered to upgrade me to an ocean view room. That was very nice of them. Unfortunately, the room I was moved into didn't get strong enough wifi signal so I was unable to get on the internet (for which I paid 15 euro for a 24-hour service). The hotel tried to resolve this but was unsuccessful. They ended up waiving my wifi usage charge for the remainging 6 days but for that, I had to get dwon to the lobby to get connected.

Wifi connection was poor. Apart from not getting any signal at some parts of the hotel, it was slow when connected. The restaurant is nice but too pricy. And there is nothing else within reasonalbe walking distance.

High-class superior room with a great view. Incredible location in the nice quiet area, close enough to the restaurants, the beach and walks and beach bars, and a ten euro taxi into the town.

The hotel itself was beautiful, set in nice surroundings with a couple of pools and palm tress. The rooms were large, well designed and equipped with a jacuzzi bath etc.

I didn't like that the bar closed early although there were plenty of people still looking for another drink! Also there was no food available after 11 pm apart from room service, which was very expensive. The location meant that you really needed a car or had to get taxis in order to get to the nearest town, restaurants and shops. We stayed in the hotel as we had been invited to a wedding which took place there.

The bathroom in our room!!!! Would love to have brought it home with us.... We stayed at the hotel as we were attending a wedding there. The food for the wedding was beautiful and breakfast was included in our room rate again that was good.

Food at the pool bar was very expensive - we just ate off the hotel complex in a little tapas bar on a walk by the sea. Also the bar staff did not like making cocktail when asked.

The pool(s) area was as good as it gets with a variety of pools to choose from and which cater for guests with different requirements The eating and drinking facilities around the pools was also excellent whilst an evening meal on the first floor terrace on a beautiful balmy night was definitely a night to remember

Can't think of one area which was not totally satisfactory

It was an excellent hotel for, in our case, a special occassion

The Staff were great , very Luxurious when we had asmall electic fault your staff dealt with is asap we will come again

Would have liked the bar pool to be no children they spoilt the luxuary of haveing a cocktail with there noise

Location was superb.Hotel is luxurious and the staff very polite and helpful.The room was beautiful and room service prompt.

we only stayed one night but reception was very welcoming sheila was very helpful !! the hotel was good rooms lovely and comfy

the only thing i didnt like was the fact that there was not a kettle and coffee and tea in room this goes a long way and we are use to that in uk and we feel its a nice gesture and felt the price of coffee in room service was a bit high

Fine, Fine, Fine

The pools here are a work of art, with vibrant blue waters surrounded by lush gardens. Dining options blew my mind, especially at the high-quality Japanese restaurant. Every dish was a culinary delight! I can't forget the robust breakfast buffet that featured a fresh orange juice machine, a fun and tasty start to my mornings!

The luxury room, the beautiful gardens, the pool area, the general feel of luxury everywhere . It was also an advantage going in September as the pool area always had lots of seating in the shade as well as the sun. Our room was always clean and bedding and towels changed frequently.

The only critisim was on arriving we were told where the restaurant was and given our room etc, but nothing about the train which is only ten minutes away if that. We had done our homework regarding the area and knew about the train, which we used everyday. Can only presume the hotel thinks everyone comes in a car.

Well-designed room with a jacuzzi and terrace, as example and plentiful breakfast to start the day. Overall really comfortable stay which was about right for my visit...

We loved how spacious our room was and the beautiful pool area with stunning gardens. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, especially with the gluten-free options available.
